Description As a admin and customer Service Officer, you will be the front line representative of our company, ensuring every interaction with our valued customers is seamless and positive. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inquiries over phone and email to assisist with orders promptly and efficiently. Providing accurate product information and technical support. Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectation Profile Previous experience in a customer service role or administration role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
