About the role This role is part of the St Vincent’s Lismore Executive team and reports directly to our Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including front desk reception and office administration. The ideal candidate will be confident and deliver outstanding customer service, they will have great computer skills and high attention to detail, an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and will have a keen willingness to learn. Your duties and responsibilities will be diverse and will include but not be limited to: Maintaining smooth and efficient office operations daily including front desk duties, warmly greeting and acknowledging visitors as they arrive, fielding phone calls in a professional manner, ingoing and outgoing mail, upkeep of office supplies and kitchen stock, and presentation and cleanliness of shared areas Providing administrative support to the Executive team and the HR team Diary management, scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms Issuing ID cards and parking permits Events – preparing and sending internal event communication Other administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and copying. Preferred Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a reception and administration role Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and follow-up in a timely manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organisation, time management and prioritisation skills Intermediate ability in the use of computer applications (including Microsoft Office) and eager to continue to professionally develop Comfortable to work on your own or in a team Ability to balance workload during busy/quieter periods. This is a permanent full-time role based on our St Vincent’s Lismore campus in Lismore.
