Construction industry opportunity Our Client: This highly successful construction industry business has over 60 years’ experience. They are highly results driven and passionate about providing exceptional products and service to all their customers. The Role: Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified candidate to become an integral part of their team. Working alongside the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all accounts and finances for this business. This is an extremely varied role and will require you to be highly organised and able to work effectively unsupervised. This is a part time role for 21 hours per week working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is onsite only. The Duties: General ledger and bank reconciliations End of month reporting and analysis Monthly profit & loss, balance sheet statements, GST, PAYG report Preparing Quarterly BAS Ensure weekly payroll has been processed Management of employees entitlements The Required Skills and Experience : To be successful for this position it is imperative that you possess proven experience in a similar role . You will have experience working with Xero. Relevant tertiary qualifications would be a definite advantage.
