They’re team focussed, dedicated to their customers and a juggernaut in their industry. Duties Include: Provide high-quality telephone and reception services with a welcoming and professional manner. Present sales quotes and updates on food packages. Manage customer budgets and tailor packages to fit their needs. Respond to inquiries with a helpful approach, assessing service requirements and providing appropriate responses. Maintain effective working relationships and liaise professionally with all levels of staff. Requirements for this role: Strong customer service focus and team player mindset. Previous sales and upselling experience. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills. Effective oral and written communication abilities. 2 years experience in customer service and contact centers.
