What would this involve? You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & hosted our valuable client. Full time hours. Full entitlements including four weeks of paid holidays per year. Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace. You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship from one of our expert field officers. Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth. Learning on the job: Provide technical support by researching and troubleshooting problems, both in the office and out on the road, supporting clients. Expect to gain confidence in your customer service skills with face-to-face and on-line assistance. Develop your electronic and verbal communication, and inter-personal skills. Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload. Become a skilled Information Technology administrator, anticipating the needs of, and assisting both internal and external client base.
