This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our front-facing customer service operations and supporting our administrative and accounts functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-facing customer service to walk-in clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally. Respond to customer inquiries, provide information to support sales efforts, and promote company services. Prepare and maintain reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are presentable for customer consultations. Follow up on sales leads and quotes in a timely manner, nurturing client relationships throughout the sales process. Schedule site surveys and design consultations with clients and internal teams. Maintain the Job Flow board to keep the team informed of project progress. Coordinate building maintenance and safety tasks, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. File completed client job information and ensure accurate record-keeping. Enter receipts into DEXT and collaborate with the bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and meet ATO obligations. Assist in ordering stock and resources to support workflow for the team. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service and/or receptionist roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work.
