No Relocation or Visa support is offered for this role. _______________________________________________________________________ Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: To support key retail processes and systems across adidas to enable a more efficient and effective operation Key Responsibilities: Data analytics & report compilation Real Estate data compilation Process management including: PO Creation; CAPEX and ARIBA Managing and tracking store maintenance requests and workflow Key Tasks: Functional Data analytics & report compilation To support the Senior Retail Director on market and retail analysis including monthly financial reports; deep dive of KPI metric assessments including traffic, ATV, AOV and UPT; and inventory To support adhoc reports on market analytics To administer and co-ordinate requests as required, including to support major projects Store Development To co-ordinate and manage store maintenance requests across APAC Raise and manage all Purchase Orders for Retail to ensure that store P&Ls are accurately charged and that Goods and Services are provided to stores Work with Procurement and the agreed finance polices and process to ensure all purchases and appointments are done in line with agreed market protocols Deliver on time payment for all invoices to ensure delivery of Goods and Services to stores To keep accurate update records of real estate data metrics To provide systems support to the Manager of Franchise, as required KPIs: Ontime purchase orders Effective store maintenance workflow Accurate data analytics compilation Key Relationships: RBO Team Finance, Master Data, IT, Procurement External suppliers APAC: select members of the store development team Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Fluency in English and local language of Market HQ Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in business administration/ sales administration (preferred but not mandatory) Focus on Marketing/Sales/IT Retail experience (preferred but not mandatory) ________________________________________________________________________________ What’s on offer?
