About the role: You will be working across the Level 2 and when needed, and being a client liaison. Supporting Servers and Networks. Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches. Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and services in Microsoft-based environments. Potential on-site visits, if needed. What you need: 3-5 years Experience in a MSP environment - MUST Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience Windows Server - install, config, maintain etc Networking experience; basic troubleshooting firewalls, switches & routers Endpoint management- Intune/NAble Hyper-V / VMware Current Australian drivers license They are conducting interviews next week If you're a technology-loving, problem-solving person who loves to have a good laugh at work as well this is a good role for you.
