Join us as a Software Developer(Full stack) You'll research, design, and manage software programs, test and refine new projects, and write high-quality code. We're looking for tech enthusiasts with a solid grasp of development principles, eager to innovate and embrace new technologies. Responsibilities: Actively engage in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Develop, test, and enhance both new and existing applications and integrations, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Create and develop comprehensive technical solution designs for various projects. Design and develop APIs for web applications and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. Identify and recommend product enhancements to elevate customer satisfaction and product usability. Propose technical improvements to reduce technical debt and optimize system performance. Maintain high-quality code standards, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, reliability, and fitness for purpose. Debug and resolve issues in the existing codebase, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions to maintain system integrity. Follow company coding practices and design patterns to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Conduct thorough testing of programs during and after development using appropriate testing techniques to ensure reliability and performance. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and skill development. Positively contribute to the team culture, collaborating with colleagues across the development team and the broader organization to drive success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in C#, full-stack web development, Web APIs, and MS SQL. Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools. Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for debugging complex issues. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
