About the role The Digital Workplace function aligns technology, employees and business processes to improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for representing AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience, and support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3. Provide an exceptional customer experience by performing onsite Level 1/2 support for end user devices across multiple locations Effectively handling VIP walk ups and liaising with executive level staff Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM, InTune or similar Troubleshooting and isolating Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalating to the relevant team when required LAN/WAN/VPN/DHCP/DNS/AD/File Services/Group Policy/AV/Exchange Online O365 etc. Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer and employee experience Essential Experience 2 years experience in a similar IT Procurement or Asset Management role 4 years experience in supporting end user devices and applications Working knowledge of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes Level 2 knowledge of Desktop, Networking and Windows Server technologies to effectively and logically troubleshoot and isolate issues: LAN/WAN/VPN/DHCP/DNS/AD/File Services/Group Policy/AV/Exchange Online O365 etc Benefits Base 70,000 - 80,000 Base Super Allowances Bonuses Company benefits including discounted lifestyle services such as health insurance, salary packaging, and half-day Fridays once a month Genuine flexibility, work/life balance, and hybrid working.
