Job Description What you’ll do We are looking for a technically strong leader with an iOS background who will partner with your Product Owners across the tribe to deliver the technical vision for their products within the Autogate app, and will have no problem coaching, mentoring and developing your people in the right direction. You will drive innovation on products and services that will improve our customer experience as well as scale our systems as our customer-base continues to grow. Lead the iOS team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs Help Design and lead the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization Advocate and communicate technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendors Enhance and deliver existing features to our application. Direct report line management responsibilities of two talented engineers, while managing the delivery of our outsourced providers.
