What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Team Leader - Internet you’ll be involved in: Making outbound phone calls to pre-qualified leads with the goal of selling internet services. Explaining the benefits and features of our internet services to potential customers. Addressing customer queries and concerns to ensure a smooth sales process. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Documenting customer interactions and updating CRM systems. Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telecommunications or internet services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies. What your impact and success looks like As a Internet Connection Specialist we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Complete onboarding and training programs. Understand Reapit's internet service offerings and sales processes. Start making outbound calls and follow-ups Achieve initial sales targets set for the first month. Within 3 months: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Handle customer objections independently and close sales efficiently. Provide feedback to the team leader on customer responses and lead quality. Within 6 months: Maintain a strong sales pipeline. Achieve recognition for sales performance and contribute to team goals. Mentor new hires and share best practices within the team. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. What’s in it for you?
