Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. Deep understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS), market dynamics, and industry trends. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence decision-makers.
