The successful candidate will provide transportation services and support to participants in our Social Support Group Program. This role requires a compassionate individual who can work effectively as part of a team and independently. Apply Now DONT MISS OUT Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Key Responsibilities: Transporting Social Support Group participants safely to and from the Centre. Assisting with daily activities at the Social Support Group Centre. Ensuring the well-being and safety of participants during transit and at the Centre. Communicating effectively with participants, staff, and families. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required: Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people. Bilingual in Italian and English (preferred). Understanding of issues affecting culturally and linguistically diverse communities in NSW and their impact on older people. Previous experience in an aged care or disability setting. Awareness of the challenges faced by individuals affected by dementia. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
