Services are provided at Canterbury, Concord Repatriation General and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals and at Canterbury, Marrickville and Redfern Health Centres. Selected programs offer services in community and via approved outreach arrangements. About the role This role provides departmental support and general administration to the Community Programs, Drug Health Services. This role is required to maintain and monitor administration and information to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Community Programs. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical meetings, team meetings, administration and contribution to local business processes, management of clinical and corporate information systems and payroll functions. Drug Health Services (DHS) aims to reduce the harms associated with substance use for individuals, families and communities and to prevent drug misuse. Our Mission is to deliver evidence based and patient centred care in collaboration with other health and non-health partners to improve the health outcomes of individuals, their families and broader community. We are looking for someone who has Experience in developing administrative procedures for use by staff that reflect current and future requirements. Experience in meeting preparation and secretarial duties including drafting minutes and preparing agendas. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage conflicts of resources or priorities. Experience with payroll functions including entry and checking payroll related data, payroll/roster adjustments, leave applications, and leave database.
