Admin & Client Liaison, Pick your work hours, 7.30am & home 3.30pm to pick up kids, WaitWhat?? Don't have kids then take a 3.35pm Hot Yoga class Admin & Client Liaison with our well-established Business Clients pick your own work hours, 7.30am & back home at 3.30pm to pick up the kids, wait….what?? You don’t have kids then take a 3.35pm Hot Yoga Class. Position - Full time employee with a full first years’ salary of $80,000 plus super and holidays at Christmas. Working days – Monday to Friday only. Working hours – Pick from the following: 7.30am to 3.30pm 8.00am- 4pm or 8.30am-4.30pm. Note: This is not your everyday normal boring job description, your job description is only about 90% set, so you can’t be a stick-in-the-mud about the other 10%, we are a small office in WA, so from time to time we all chip in here and there when needed, so you could say that for about 10% of the time it can be a ” Jack or Jill-of-all-jobs” position. the other side to this coin is that the jobs not boring and time can go by quickly. The ideal candidate - You don’t need a degree. You do need some past customer service or past sales support experience, you need to be computer literate, and experience working with a data base/CRM. if You don’t have to have all the experience listed below as we are more than happy to train you everything you will need to do is pretty simple and straight forward, but you do need to be trainable, the ability to learn and implement all the duties you don’t have yet and the sort of person that likes to participate and get involved, you do need to be friendly, and you will need to smile occasionally. : ) If the above sounds like you then that’s all the qualifications you require so you should be great at this. Note: 1. Some of our clients are trades people, and not all of them are on the cutting edge of political correctness, some may be unfamiliar with the latest pronoun inclusion or the most recent word that you are no longer permitted to use, so please, just like the rest of us, we also need you to be a little forgiving. 2.Provide a good level of customer service when required. What level? you wonder. The same level that you want to receive when you need help. Job tasks and responsibilities General reception duties, answering phones and greeting visitors. Handling all customer requests and spare parts quotes, dealing with multiple suppliers Processing of all purchase orders, liaise with clients, organise. deliveries, shipping documents and some packing as required. Maintaining enquiry, order and weekly report schedules, server, and hard copy folders Creating all accounts payable invoices, following up and receipting payments, creating monthly customer statements. Entering and setting up all debtor invoice/bill payments and monthly bank reconciliations Skills and experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package Experience using Reckon accounting software highly regarded.
