Your day at NTT Proven experience in performance engineering and testing. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar. Knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and self-starter with thought leadership. Proven experience in Telecommunication industry What would make you a good fit for this role? Perform performance test impact assessment reviewing non-functional requirements and solution design. Execute and Manage Performance test lifecycle end 2 end from Test Planning to Test completion report Conduct performance testing to assess system behaviour under various conditions. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for optimization. Collaborate with development teams to implement performance enhancements. Monitor system performance in production environments and proactively address issues. Perform workload modelling and capacity planning to ensure systems can handle expected loads and growth. Investigate and resolve performance-related incidents and outages. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in performance engineering.
