Assets Administration Officer – Clerk Grade 3/4 – ICT Division — The Rocks, Sydney

· Temporary – Full Time – 35 hours p/w until 30 June 2025 · Clerk Grade 3/4 (between $79,032 - $86,539 plus super and annual leave) · Location – Sydney CBD (Haymarket) About us Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices. About the role Manages the administration of Legal Aid NSW ICT assets to ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. The role is responsible for the ongoing management of all ICT related physical and intellectual assets. About you You will be a self-motivated individual with experience working in a high-volume environment. You will have: · good written and verbal communication skills · experience working to agreed service levels · good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail · experience working with IT assets and/or an understanding of computer technology We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.
