Liaison is required with a range of Departmental / Health Service / Community / Hospital personnel and clients. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Complete Car Park Concessions tasks including, but not limited to new applications, validations, data recording and reporting, general enquires from Patients and Carers, support, and education for Staff. Assist within the Admissions Counter as required, utilising patient related hospital information systems. Undertake duties as instructed by line managers. Participate as a professional, positive, and proactive team member whilst undertaking other duties in a proactive manner relating to the requirements of the operational area.
