About the Role As a Team Assistant you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the wider business whilst managing a quiet reception desk. Duties In this role you will be responsible for: Managing front of house reception area. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member. Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling, and preparing necessary materials. Assisting with creating, formatting, and updating spreadsheets as needed. Maintaining and updating databases with accuracy and attention to detail. Helping with invoicing processes and general credit card reconciliations. Preparing and distributing internal communications and documents. Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Support team event planning and coordination as required. Provide administrative support to various teams within the organisation. Skills & Experience To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate: 2-3 years' experience in an administration or receptionist role. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Excellent organisational skills and effective time management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, with advanced skills in pivot tables and VLOOKUP considered advantageous.
