Senior Administration Officer - Urology Outpatients Department — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

About the role Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate, manage and supervise the administrative support services within the Urology Department. This role provides advice and support to the Department Director, Nurse Unit Manager and Manager Administration Services on administrative, human resource and financial issues relating to the management of the Administrative staff within the department. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Co-ordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources of the Department in order to provide efficient and effective utilisation of administrative support services. Manage and maintain accurate records of medical staff movements, leave dates, rosters and prior period forms, and forward to Division of Surgery Executive Support Officer Prepare and present recommendations for service delivery and development, including resource utilisation, new and replacement equipment and additional funding, in consultation with the Director and the Department's Management Advisory Group. Implement and monitor a regular staff rotation to assist in multi-skilling including direct supervision of day to day operational procedures as required.
