Administrative Business Partner, Large Customer Sales — The Rocks, Sydney

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in administrative roles, in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience in administrative roles supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Expertise in effective calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events. Expertise in handling multiple urgent priorities independently with excellent project management skills to further support the organization or office site that you manage. Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. As an Executive Business Partner, you'll anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You'll adapt quickly to the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services. You'll also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions in complex, ambiguous, or time sensitive situations. Identify process and/or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
