A Bachelor's degree (minimum) in early childhood (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority) and substantial professional experience in Early Years’ services. Previous experience working with vulnerable communities within a child-centred, trauma informed, family-focused framework. You will be naturally able to motivate, support and guide educators across all aspects of service provision to achieve desired outcomes within the service's parameters.
