If you have a passion for events, are super organised and love variety then now is the time to join our Education and Training Services Team What you'll be doing The Education Centre provides services across the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) to support education and training initiatives. Using a customer-centred approach, the Education Administration staff provide support through reception duties, room and video-conferencing bookings, purchasing, conference and course support, use of the Learning Management System, mail outs, course registrations, preparation of course materials and collating evaluations. High level organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated effective written and verbal skills with internal and external clients. Ability to set priorities and manage tasks in an environment of competing demands. Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining strict confidentiality. Ability to work with minimal supervision collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
