As our HSEQ Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining and continually improving the health, safety, environment, and quality systems within our business, supporting the building and adherence of our Safety, Environmental and ISO accreditation standards and practices. The role, which will report to the National Workplace Health and Safety Manager, is also responsible for the administration of compliance monitoring, ISO, safety, and environmental inspections and ensuring all project initiatives are current and up to date. The role will includes responsibilities across four of our key Safety and Governance areas: Administration Support: • Adoption of new policies and updates for the business. • Assist the system managers with administrative tasks. • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, aiding the team and the business, and sharing information as required. System and Document Management Support: • Assist the National Certification & Internal Audit Manager in the monitoring and updating of our risk and ISO compliance systems. • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of procedures for document version control, access permissions, and data security to ensure compliance with industry policies and regulatory requirements. • Conduct monthly system audits for Training Compliances. • Manage the maintenance of our ISO risk and compliance registers, as required. Environmental Support: • Support the National Compliance & Regulatory Manager in the monitoring and updating of our risk and environmental compliance systems. • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of procedures for document version control, access permissions, and data security to ensure compliance with industry policies and regulatory requirements. • Manage the maintenance of environmental risk and compliance registers, as required. WHS Support and Coordination: • Provide administrative support for the implementation and maintenance of the WHS systems. • Support incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. • Rehabilitation and Return to work coordination. To be successful in this key role: • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or ability to attain. • Minimum three years’ experience in WHS and Quality Assurance administration. • Knowledge of Work Health Safety Act and Regulations, rules, and obligations. • Experience in working within a Quality Management System is desirable. • Experience in Return to Work, Induction Management and Drug & Alcohol Testing is desirable. • A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. • A continuous improvement focus identifying opportunities for improving processes, creating efficiencies, and designing capability improvement. • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across a range of stakeholders both external and internal. • Experience and expertise in Microsoft systems such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
