Job Title: Administrative Services Assistant - Stocktake Officer Start Date: 04/07/2024 End Date: 27/09/2024 Pay Rate: $48.07 - $52.33/Hour Super (TBC) Location: Reid ACT Position Overview: Reporting to the Financial Services Manager, the Administrative Services Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the annual asset stocktake and providing essential financial services across the organization. This position operates within a customer-focused environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct the formal stocktake of organization assets under general direction. Update and maintain details of stocktake assets using Excel spreadsheets. Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during stocktake processes. Coordinate stocktake activities by liaising with staff and preparing necessary correspondence. Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate efficient operations. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems. Assist in financial processes to support the Financial Services Team. Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal colleagues and external clients. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support team objectives. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and meeting stakeholder needs.
