Administration Team Leader - Medical Imaging — Mount Taylor, East Gippsland

The position: Ongoing, Full-Time position. 76.0 hours per fortnight In this pivotal role, you will provide effective leadership to the Medical Administration team and will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the administrative service to ensure the provision of professional and client focused services to internal and external stakeholders. Key tasks of the position include but are not limited to the coordination of the Administration team roster ensuring mitigation of workplace gaps, facilitate clerical staff recruitment processes, new employee training and induction in line with organisational policies and procedures, implementation of systems that achieve high quality service delivery and recommend process improvements to work flow and staff productivity. Key criteria required: Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role A Certificate in Business Administration (Level III or above) Minimum twelve months' experience in leading a team Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a high-functioning cooperative and cohesive administration team. Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in response to varying work requirements.
