About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families and staff. Communicate with respect, understanding and gender sensitivity with this group of patients. In communication be able to learn how to communicate appropriately in using appropriate pronouns. Deal professionally with highly sensitive and confidential issues in the context of the Gender Service. Assist in the research of issues associated with the Gender Service including the collection, collation and analysis of information and data.
