Finance Administrator - Accounts Receivable — Caulfield South, Glen Eira Area

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Finance Administrator -Accounts Receivable to join our fast-paced and close-knit Finance shared services team on a full-time basis . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily accounts receivable tasks for the Club and its associated entities. Additionally, you will provide valuable assistance and support to the broader finance team. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG). What will your responsibilities be? Ensure end-to-end processing of accounts receivable. Liaise with internal stakeholders on overdue debt. Ensure all reports are completed accurately. Communicate with key internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed on time. Ensure end-of-month tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain and build working relationships with external providers. Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed. Skills & Experience Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working in accounts receivable. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated capability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. Experience with accounting software packages. Previous experience using Ungerboeck and BC Microsoft is desired. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in efficient data entry. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. What’s in it for you?
