Rate: $38-$40 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week The duties will include but not limited to: Scheduling and coordination of work orders for contracts and clients. Answering and assisting with phone calls and emails. Supporting Operation Department Managers with regards to day-to-day scheduling, client tasks and special projects as assigned. Monitoring contract requirements and always ensuring the standards, KPI's and costs are met. Evaluating vendors, and preparing reports (e.g., on orders and costs) Preparing weekly and monthly reports for clients, managers, and Business Directors Ensuring job quotations are sent to clients in the appropriate timeframe Progress claims, invoicing, and variations for clients Maintaining and managing filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets for works Develop templates and documents. Our ideal candidate: Trade based scheduling experience beneficial. Experience working within defence contracts beneficial. Experience within Microsoft packages required. Previous office-based admin experience required.
