We can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude So if this sounds like the perfect role for you, then apply now Your duties will include: Providing support to the sales and property management teams; Providing exceptional customer service to clients; Reception/phone administration; Upholding strict regulatory and professional standards; Coordinating the development, implementation and management of compliance framework; Coordinate internal audits of documentation and agreements; Developing/updating marketing material; Administration of office supply and mail processes; Managing office social media accounts and content; Database/systems administration and report preparation; Assisting with generating business opportunities; Participating in process and system improvement projects; and General office/administration duties. To succeed in this role you'll have: Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential); A real estate certificate of registration or license (or be willing to obtain one). Previous experience in a similar role; An exceptional customer service ethos; A meticulous eye for detail; The ability to work effectively under pressure; A focused, driven and motivated personality; High-level problem-solving skills; A strong work ethic and positive outlook; High-level personal presentation; Strong written and verbal communication skills; The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively; A professional phone manner; Experience in Google and Microsoft platforms/applications, including Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.; A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems; The ability to work well within a team environment; Exceptional follow-up skills; A forward thinking mindset, be open to change & focused on continuous improvement; and Be punctual.
