Take charge of managing our client's Australian lease portfolio and providing expert lease support the company's Lease Administration service offering Property Network of Australia is currently seeking a Senior Lease Administration Manager to join a global real estate services firm in Melbourne. As an integral member of the Melbourne CBD team and reporting to the Account Director, you will take charge of managing our client's Australian lease portfolio (c100 leases) and providing expert lease support to the company's Lease Administration service line across predominately commercial / office. In this role your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of leases for a specific client account, managing workflow processing and approvals for lease billings and reconciliations, conducting reviews across leases as needed, and reviewing abstractions and lease interpretation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management of clients' property portfolio including both Expenditure & Revenue leases. Collaborate with the Strategic Portfolio Manager to ensure alignment of data, critical dates, and lease information while ensuring all database entries are accurate and complete. Generate weekly debtors' reports with relevant commentary. Implement annual CPI and Fixed increases. Ensure compliance and insurance certifications are in place for revenue portfolio. Conduct a review of expenditure rent roll and variance reporting. Review and approve all recurring charges and ad hoc payments. Conduct a revenue rent roll review and variance reporting. Manage revenue recharges as required. Effectively manage arrears. Review outgoings budgets and reconciliations. Engage in regular client communication. About you: Possess prior experience utilising Property/Lease Management databases and related reporting systems. Have a solid background in commercial/retail lease administration. Demonstrate proficiency in critical lease document administration and management functions. Possess a strong client focus and a customer service mindset. Demonstrate the ability to act upon client instructions and negotiate outcomes in line with client expectations.
