This is a Project and HSEQ focused role with responsibilities that require a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator Manager This opportunity will see you supporting Project Engineers, Project Managers and Company Directors in all aspects of Contracts Administration and will play a pivotal part within the project team. You will have the capacity to work across a large scope of simultaneous projects whilst working to deliver service excellence through your efficiencies in Contracts Management whilst meeting quality standards inclusive but not limited to: Creation and maintenance of project documentation Management and monitoring of subcontractors to ensure delivery of works in a safe manner Resource planning, scheduling and coordinating Variations, Notices, Progress Claims and invoices Procurement of materials Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders Management of WHS documentation Preparation of Tender and Requests for Quotes documentation Management of financial and contractual information accordingly Understanding and working to contract milestones & coordinating projects throughout engineering, manufacturing, site construction and commissioning phases This position will require an individual with previous experience within mining or construction, offering a professional communication style and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and a genuine focus on the needs of Clients.
