About the Role Foundation Studies is a pre-university course within the Pathways School at Trinity College that qualifies overseas students for entry to the University of Melbourne and other universities. Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Academic Administration, the Administration Officer is responsible for supporting students’ academic journey via accurate, helpful and timely advice and administrative tasks and via logistics for examinations. The Administration Officer regularly interacts with students aged 16 to early 20s from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds, academic and professional staff, and employees of external businesses. This position is responsible for maintaining essential administrative services as part of a small group within the Student Journey department. About You To secure this exciting role we are looking for a customer focused individual who has a friendly and professional manner with the ability to develop a rapport with people from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds. You will have demonstrated experience in education administration bringing with you your strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills that will allow you to successfully manage the logistics of events that occur across multiple times of the year. Contract term: This is a full time, ongoing position.
