It is envisaged that the applicant may have experience working alongside a HOSES or been a member of an inclusion team, however this is not essential. The applicant will have a strong work ethic, be a team player and be dedicated and proactive in supporting young students to engage fully in their education. A positive, solutions focused mindset is an imperative and they must present as enthusiastic and determined to make a positive difference for our Prep-3 students. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of the Inclusion Framework and be skilled in differentiation to support learning at all junctures.
