Adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual students, providing additional support or enrichment as necessary. Develop scaffolded learning activities that build on students' existing knowledge and skills. Foster a supportive classroom environment that prioritizes student wellbeing. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal growth. About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher who possesses the following qualifications and attributes: Qualifications and Experience: A recognized teaching qualification with a specialization in Mathematics. Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, preferably in Years 7, 8, and 10. Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to build positive relationships and create an inclusive classroom culture. A genuine passion for teaching Mathematics and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary teaching practices and educational theories.
