Job Summary: We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to be responsible for the administrative duties of our Cairns branch. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to details and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Prepare PO invoicing, quotes, enter staff timesheets, and maintain files. Maintain accurate records on CRM system by updating information regularly. Provide excellent customer service by answering call and directing inquiries appropriately. Manage branch email account, responding to emails promptly and efficiently. Assist in implementing branch's policies and procedures for smooth operations. Requirements: At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM system. Excellent phone manner and professional interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and handle busy times. Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
