Trade Sales Representative — Blacktown, Blacktown Area

As part of the Trade Sales team, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. The role will provide you the opportunity to develop an understanding of various building materials, and the challenge of providing accurate quotes to support our customers. All while working with a team who are supportive, and everyone chips in to deliver above the customers' expectations. Benefits: Immediate start Convenient location in Kings Park, Western Sydney. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with commercial (B2B) customers to negotiate product details, pricing, and specifications, ensuring their needs are met. Calculate and issue accurate and timely quotes for client projects. Collaborate with a commercial customer base, who are actively seeking our products - answering their questions and providing tailored solutions. Utilise your sales and customer service experience to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thrive in a fast-paced and inclusive team environment, contributing positively to our workplace culture and team dynamics. Utilise MS Office and internal systems proficiently for efficient order processing, communication, and maintaining customer records. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Confident in MS Office and internal systems for effective order processing and communication. Demonstratable ability to calculate quotes based on area/perimeter. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage product details, pricing, and specifications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and the team. Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing positively to team dynamics. Available for work from 6 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
