What you'll be doing Ensure the provision of the highest quality physiotherapy services to patients of WSLHD. Responsible for applying advance reasoning skills and operating autonomously especially in dealing with client groups and circumstances of a complex nature. Additionally, the position is responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation, improvement & reporting of the physiotherapy service at the facility level. Essential Requirements Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Registration: Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA Selection Criteria Significant clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with substantial experience working in the area of Hand Therapy Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and teaching of staff and students. Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines. Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Effective time management skills. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice. Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and teaching and clinical supervision and teaching of undergraduate/graduate entry level students.
