This role involves providing reception services and administrative support across various areas, including but not limited to the Main Reception, Emergency Department, and Acute/Sub-Acute Wards, including coverage during staff breaks and leave periods. The Position: In this role you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, with an approach that emphasises professionalism, approachability, responsiveness, and compassion. The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 56.0 hours per fortnight This role operates on a 14-day rolling roster, including every second weekend. Shifts vary and include early morning starts and evening finishes and night shifts as required. Remuneration includes shift allowances for afternoon and change of shift, with additional loadings for weekend, night and public holiday shifts. Why should you apply? Compassionate and well-developed written and spoken communication skills. Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to produce business documents, along with proficiency in client databases and accurate data entry. Capacity to learn and adapt proactively in a busy work environment. Team player with proven collaborative skills. Solution-focused self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
