The Assistant Property Administrator will report to the Senior Property Administrator and will work collaboratively to ensure the property admin and finance function is efficient and accurate. This role will be a point of contact for tenant customers in matters relating to CML sites and general enquires. Efficiency and attention to detail are key to making people feel seen, heard, and valued. Key Responsibilities: Assist property management teams in day-to-day centre operations as required Key point of contact for customers Assisting in the monthly report filing and saving relevant lease documents Maintain sundry charge spreadsheets for the centres and registers of tenant insurance in SAP and bank guarantee documents Manage accounts payable, amend and close purchase orders for operations and marketing Arrears management Maintain accurate and dated electronic files of any incidents, entry into risk reporting tools as directed. Actively promote a safe working environment & culture. Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Numerate and attention to detail. Organized and strong time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships and strong customer service experience. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Flexible and adaptive, as well as collaborative team player. Proficient in excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and word essential. Experience with SAP desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Retail Shopping Centre Administration experience or admin experience in property sector is highly desirable SAP experience preferred.
