About the role We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Transport & Logistics students TAFE NSW are seeking individuals to work as a Head Teacher of Transport & Logistics in the Sydney Region. About You You are an experienced leader and enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative way to lead and develop a team. You will be required to use your strong interpersonal skills when liaising with industry and community and will utilise your sound negotiation skills when problem solving and meeting deadlines. To be successful in this role you must: Hold as minimum one of the following qualifications or equivalent: Certificate III or IV in Supply Chain Operations Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting Diploma of Customs Broking Diploma of Logistics Demonstrate appropriate industry or vocational subject knowledge and skills with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in industry relevant to your qualification. Address and meet the selection criteria in the position description. Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Evidence of successful completion of an approved program of teacher education, or evidence of successful completion of an acceptable teaching qualification Current (AQF) Level 5 or higher qualification in Vocational Education and Training (VET) OR hold a TAE40122 or equivalent and commit to obtaining the AQF Level 5 or Higher qualification within 18 months of employment.
