Finance Administration Officer — Collingwood Park, Ipswich

Seeking a Finance Administration Officer for a 6-month contract to join our busy team in Redbank, Queensland About Us Ausco Modular is Australia's leading transportable hire and modular construction company with over 16 locations across Australia. Your New Role: Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, this 6-month contract offers you the opportunity to work with the Finance Team, providing administrative and financial support to ensure delivery requirements are met across the group. Primarily, the successful candidate will be involved in: Taking enquiries and allocating appropriate calls Working on quote preparation Accurate data entry into existing systems Maintenance and management of our Customer Relationship Management Systems Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes General regular administration duties Additional ad hoc administration duties depending on business needs What You Will Bring to the Role: Experience in a finance administration role or similar in a fast-paced environment (preferably from manufacturing, supply chain, or transport hire) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong skills in MS Office suite products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ability to work to and meet deadlines A desire to work within a group with strong teamwork values Previous experience in sales, hire, construction, manufacturing, or corporate support activities with CRM systems will be highly regarded Why Us At Ausco Modular, we recognize there is so much more to our people than work, so we have programs in place, including flexible working, to support you to realize your full potential.
