Sports Administrator (Aquatics) — North Sydney, North Sydney Area

Wenona is seeking a dedicated and organised Sport Administrator (Aquatics) to provide daily support to the Team. You will assist with administrative and receptionist tasks, focusing on the Swimming Squad, Wenona Swim Club and Learn to Swim programs. This position contributes to the positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued. The Position The Sport Administrator (Aquatics) is an essential role, providing efficient and informative support to a variety of stakeholder. With a genuine desire and passion support Sport functions, the Sport Administrator will maintain accurate and updated records, ensuring efficiency in the department. Key priorities for the role include: Assist with planning and resource management for the timetabling of aquatic programs. Updating and monitoring information such as student participation, attendance, injury management, rewards and recognition scheme. Maintaining and updating the relevant databases and systems. Coordinating the school’s co-curricular online platform and education of common users within the sport department. Facilitating clear and consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating all administrative functions related to the Wenona Swim Club including committee meetings, club nights, meet entries, records, registrations and compliance measures. Implementing the required health and safety standards, and ensuring hazards are accurately reported and actioned. This is a permanent full-time position. About You To be successful in this role, you will have Sport and/or Administration qualification and relevant experience in the field. The role requires excellent organisation and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks. You will display strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. This will allow you to deliver excellent support to all, through your strong administration and problem-solving skills.
