Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2024 school year, up to the end of Term 3, 2025. Suitable applicants will ideally create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that enables both high quality, rigorous play-based learning and developmentally appropriate explicit instruction. A commitment to practices that support the National Quality Standard will be highly desirable. Possessing ongoing development of cultural awareness and responsiveness is strongly encouraged. Suitable applicants will ideally be familiar with and committed to a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model, and will ideally possess the capacity to explicitly teach behaviours and mindsets that support self-regulation and emotional literacy.
