Your new role Title: People & Culture Administrator Employment type: Full-Time (5 days) Location: Flexible working and be based in any one of our hubs Competitive Salary on offer: $34-36 per hour plus super (based on experience) You are an integral team member of the People team and reporting to the People Advisor –Administration Lead, the role of the People and Culture Administrator is to support the broader team with a large focus on employee lifecycle administration, compliance, system management and reporting. If you started last week, this is some of the things you may have been doing: Assisted with managing the busy People Inbox and responding to queries and questions Update information on the HRIS (Employment Hero) and uploading documents Compliance follow up, review and escalate to team members and leaders as required New employment contract preparation and contract addendums Reporting from Employment Hero Team projects support including sampling data to ensure audit preparedness Other administration tasks as required across the P&C Administration team including recruitment support What do you need for this role? High volume administration experience within a busy environment Experienced in Office 365 (Teams and Outlook), Word, Excel with ability to learn new systems quickly. Employment Hero experience is highly desirable Attention to detail and multi-tasking Exceptional communication and the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels Ability to identify process improvements that bring about a positive impact for the team Friendly persona and can-do attitude What’s in it for you?
