The company offers an end-to-end experience to their clients including consultation, fitting, design, refinement, and handover. Their showroom is fitted out with an entertainment area with a fully stocked bar, pool table, and big screen TV to create an immersive experience for clients coming in with friends, colleagues or groomsmen. The right candidate will pride themselves on offering the highest level of professional service and will have a strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building and closing. Experience working within the luxury retail industry, or relevant roles such as Real Estate is highly desirable for this position.
