Proactively assisting the customer needs with their Superannuation enquiries Managing and serving customer accounts Providing clarify on plans to suit the customers requirements Ensuring customer service standards are met Ensuring all activities are compliant within industry time frames Identify issues/improvements where necessary What do you need?
