This role is perfect for someone who wants to specialize in delivering solutions to the mid-market space (20-300 seats). Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be based at their Perth office, providing outstanding support and building strong client relationships. Career development, upskilling and certifications. Role Responsibilities: Provide remote and onsite support to clients. Assist with large, long-term projects for large organizations. Scope projects and provide technical advice to customers. Assist with the design and delivery of solutions. Create, triage, and resolve support tickets when necessary. Manage and prioritize ticket workloads when necessary. Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Create and update technical documentation. Install, set up, and configure software and hardware. Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions. Explain technical concepts to non-technical people. Contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining strong client relationships. Role Requirements: Experience working with AD, Exchange, and M365. Experience with MS Defender, Sentinel, and MS Teams Calling. Experience deploying and managing infrastructure. Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage, N-Able toolset, and AvePoint. Experience working with Azure and Entra ID. Experience delivering migrations (On-Prem and Cloud). Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., ConnectWise). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Relevant certifications (nice to have): MD-102, MS-102, SC-900.
