Reporting to the Finance Manager, Sales the Finance Analyst, Sales principally partners with the Personal Care Account Director and Developing and Emerging Channels Account Director. This role drives the financial and executional success of Australian Sales team through; development of customer specific annual plans, decision support and review of executional and promotional effectiveness. The role is responsible for running the monthly trade spend control files, ensuring the efficacy and accuracy of the monthly sales forecast. Also runs the Day-1, month-end files to P&L reviews and Analysis of change. Works closely with the sales team and understanding and communicating drivers of change in the Australian net sales forecast. In your role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. Key Responsibilities Responsible for conducting the monthly Trade Spend control. Ensure files are run in accordance with control standards. Work with external auditors on requests Business partner with the Personal Care Account Director and Developing and Emerging Channels Account Director on decision support and build strong relationships with their customer team. Work on the development of customer specific annual plans S&OP process - Prepare results assessment for Commercial Review and provide insights to and challenge monthly customer forecasts in demand reviews Conduct promotional evaluations that feed into Pricing Forum. Analyse the expected outcome of planned promotional and provide insights into drivers of promotional results Support the other Finance functions through analysis support on ad-hoc business projects Perform Finance training for Sales managers - ensure that the Sales team has strong financial capability About Us Huggies.
